My best download speed is about 100KB.
Does it mean that my speed with Node is throttled as well?

Strange , because as soon as I start downloading something else my speed jumping up,over 100KB.

I was thinking to get ADSL2, but for what?
So far TPG is the only one where there is no whinging about the speed.
Tomorrow they might start fiddling with it... then to do what with 150GB?
