Something along the lines of:
Sign in with your MS account...
... don't have an account?, create one.

On the "create one" page at the bottom there is a "skip this step" or similar

Then you sign in with a local account.

You could add another user account ( admin ) switch users then delete the MS account.
One could do that, if an MS acct was created by acciscadently.

Windows 10 Update Uninstalls Desktop Software Without Informing Users

Microsoft's Windows 10 operating system may uninstall desktop programs from the computer after installation of the Fall update. I noticed the issue on one PC that I upgraded to Windows 10 Version 1511 but not on other machines. The affected PC had Speccy, a hardware information program, installed and Windows 10 notified me after the upgrade that the software had been removed from the system because of incompatibilities.

There was no indication beforehand that something like this would happen, and what made this rather puzzling was the fact that a newly downloaded copy of Speccy would install and run fine on the upgraded system.

An IT Director I know had this happen with ESET antivirus as well, on multiple computers. He says fixes have been rolled out for both TH2 and the antivirus software to prevent this from happening. Other reports mention CPU-Z, AMD's Catalyst Control Center, and CPUID as software that's being automatically uninstalled.

Norty indeed.

OMG...My Windoze wanted to install it.
Clicked on later, it started to download W10...
Had to act very quickly to stop the download. (2.6GB)

To be honest after mucking around with Win 10 for nearly a year I think I prefer Win 8.1 with Classic Shell than it.

But I am far more comfortable using and fiddling with my 14 year old XP OS. ( dual booted with Win 10.1511 ) :cool

Have the GeForce Graphics card driver problems been fixed yet ? Not game to upgrade again after the first two times. Everything else worked fine after upgrading cept for the fact I keep getting a blue screen due to the Graphics driver problem.

Have you tried this ?
Grrr...I should complain last week about my problem with W8.1...
My speakers suddenly died.
I suspected that the HDMI cable is loose again.
Disconnected it from the PC and the monitor.
Put it back, same problem. No sound at all.
After a couple of days I had a feeling that the Tuesday update caused it.
Wanted to uninstall all Tuesday's updates...but what a surprise...found some more updates.
OK. Installed them.
Sound is great!
