my program!

24 years ago, I was programming using MBASIC and maybe CBASIC ?...
Been so long, I forgot how to do it..:eek2

No, their name was:Commodore64,AppleI,AppleII,IBM PC...

Didn't need CD,DVD... only a tape recorder...
Good old times...

It was the start of when computers became common place in smaller companies. The place I worked in designed and built computers and we programmed them for the business they were to be used in. BASIC was quite new and also programmers used fortran and cobal and pascal..
Storage was on 8" floppies and hard drives had not yet been seen.. Tape drives were still common..
The first word processor I used was WordStar...

Ahhh... WordStar... who could forget those heady days when PC Mags did annual reviews of the best 100 word processors. Word Star would often come out on top.:happy

I have forgotton a lot of the ol' DOS commands... been using windows too long !!
