I'm guessing a speed test via VPN can't be accurate considering FTTN has a theoretical max speed of 100Mb/s if you happen to be next to the Node. I have at least 550 metres of copper from the Node.

You got your modem last Wednesday! Beauty!

They are nice speeds you have there. :drool
How about EXETELENT
I have to opine no, after what they did to your connection.

"ExetelRetardedMonkey" seems more fitting to me.

I have finally had my old PSTN number ported to VoIP. Took me a couple of hours to work out how to set it up on the Modem.
Exetel sent the right passwords, but the instructions were not applicable to my Modem. Setup kept failing.
Searched the forums and found the right setup info. I now have a working landline VoIP service using my stock standard wireless phone system.

And the VDSL speed test remains quite consistant. :thumbs_up ( when not using VPN )

That's nice Guess.

I was helping in the teamviewer way and someone who should be syncing at 20Mbps was syncing at 4Mbps. Nice one Mr Telstra. They must have hired an Exehell staff member.

I use Teamviewer a lot to help mum. On my old ADSL2 from Tel$tra, there was a 2-3 second lag so when I typed something or clicked on something, I would not see the result for up to 5 secs at worst, usually 3 secs.
Now I'm on the NBN via Exehell, everything I do from my place, I see instantly on mums computer. Even the quality of her desktop is much clearer.
